Am I right for wanting a divorce?
Is it right to file for divorce?
Assalamualaikum,. I have a problem which. I want. you to please solve. as well as you can.. Actually. I got married when. I was 14 with my first cousin who is 8 years older than me.
When. I started living with him and with my mother in law as well, they started abusing me without any fault and my mother in law became abusive to me both physically and emotionally.. My husband re-married with another girl.
Now I've got an order of protection against him because he was threatening to deport and kill me.. And now I am going to file for divorce.
Am I right for doing this?

Sister life must have been hard for you, I suggest you divorce him.

even that is painfull life for you because without any reason he bring other woman in his life,better divorce him,
life will not stop,that shoul be contin, and you will get better life, insha allah.
i know its gonna be hard for me,but i need to do dat and i really appreciate u guys for giving me strength by saying all that.JazakAllah
