the fact that you had intimacy with her doesnt make her haram for you. You can marry her and all you need to do is to ask Allah's forgiveness for the sins you commited b4 marrying her
I have a question for you do you love her? Do you really love her? I think if you really did you would not ask this question.
It is a sin to have premarital relationship but if is love between you and it was for her the first time, still she is faitful to you, did not betray you and your family values.
Yes, as long as she is not someone who is forbidden in marriage to you for any other reason. The sole sin of zina with someone doesn't prohibit you from marrying them. In fact, if you are compatible in every other way and every other condition is fulfilled, its best that the two get married asap to avoid possibility of more haraam in future.
