My boyfriend is a Muslim. When we were still boyfriend and girlfriend, we talked about marriage and what he's saying was it was okay for him to marry me as a Christian. We're in a relationship for 2 and a half years. He loves me very much, I know that. I gave him my virginity and when I got pregnant, he suddenly got his faith back to Islam and became very religious. He changed his views and will only marry me if I convert to Islam because, he is saying that it is their law that a Muslim man can't marry a Christian woman. He is saying that no imam would marry us if I don't convert to Islam. Is that true? The situation is very unfair for me because I wouldn't have given him my virginity if I knew that I would have to convert to Islam. He didn't tell me anything and he only changed his views recently.

I have been  a Muslim for 4 years. My first marriage failed. I was proposed to  again by a man but we had a  nikah which I think fulfils Islamic Shariah : 2 witness, bride , bridegroom and a religious man to do perform the nikah ( even though he is not a qaadee). Our marriage is not legally registered and my family never knew that I am married to avoid problems because all my family members are non muslims.

Me and my husband are also not living together and we only meet if there any necessities. my questions is:

1. Is my marriage is valid? because there are different mazhab views regarding the validity of a marriage.

I have been doing Istikhara for the last 3 months ( I don't know how many times). I get black and white dreams I'm so confused.

My istakhaarah is about a relationship with a guy - whether to keep it (if it ends up to a good marriage) or not

My first dream responded: that this guy has invited me to take me to his home town.

I'm following his direction as he is on the phone with me , I follow a river side walk. I can't see the river or its water. Then I'm told to follow the direction board pointed with black Arrow ( black fish picture ) and finally I arrive at his home town. I see the head of white houses hidden in green trees and I feel the place is so far from the city.

Then I woke up.

What does it mean?

My question is about changing my name, my name means " celestial damsel " its a Hindu name. Since I converted to Islam is it ok to keep this name or do I have to change it?

I've lost my loving family who care about me, as they want me to leave him. I was pregnant and lost my baby recently, please help me to find an answer. This women ruined my life, she posted pics of my husband and herself on internet sites and facebook and youtube and mentioned my name about how poor I am and foolish not to see how my husband has betrayed me.  She published his affair when he ended this with her.

I'm so falling into a world I never knew, so dark and hurtful. I used to be a strong women. My family I love so deeply wont speak to me, my husband who I loved, I look at now and try to forgive him for my daughters sake and 10 years of marriage, but it hurts so much as he is a good man and I never suspected a thing for a whole year until she emailed my whole family, colleagues and friends.

I dont know what to do, please can someone guide me. I loved my husband but I cannot seem to forgive him. Everytime I look at him I see them together and what he has done for 1 year behind my back, all the respect and love I gave him and his family, I feel I've been betrayed to an extent that I cant go forward and spend the rest of my life with him. I am lost.

I am a Muslim girl who always has tried to be a good person. However, I also have fallen in the traps of shaitan many times. My dilemma is that while I was very young, I was dating this boy. I only saw him for two weeks and then I stopped seeing him.

Many years later I got a proposal from his elder brother and by not thinking anything else, I accepted the proposal. I have not mentioned anything to my fiance about his brother. I do not think anything of what I had with the brother because I feel it was nothing serious. The brother seems to be fine me accepting the proposal.

However, I truly and honestly love my fiance and have never looked upon anyone else. Only Allah swt knows how much I love my fiance. My question is, Islamically will my marriage to my fiance be accepted? I have not told anything to my fiance because I think whatever happened with his brother was many years ago and it wasnt even a serious relationship.

Please tell me if it will be haram to marry my fiance. Jazakallah khair.

Salam my brothers and sisters. I was 17 when I went overseas to get married. I can say it was arranged but I fell in love with him, that's why I married him. I stayed there for 2 years until his papers worked out. I was born and raised in U.S.A.

When he came to the USA everything was very new to him. He's been here for going on 4 years, and our luck is not the best. We have two girls together. He's been working since he came and we can't save money or even get into a good apartment.

I live by my family and everything while his family is overseas. I'm very stressed that we can't get out of this apartment, I hate where I live. I live by family members, and I have no friends, ( my husband says that's best). He's always at work. My girls and I are always home alone and I mean always. My family NEVERRRRRR come over. I feel like they don't care about me. I need people to talk to and my family is not there for me. I'm very close to my older sister, but she's married so she can't come over how she would like to. My husband is an AMAZING man, I Love him. I thank ALLAH (SWT) for giving me such a beautiful husband and for my girls. El Hamdullah.

To cut a very long story short, I am going trough a lot of depression. My husband tries to talk to me and be there for me. But I would want more of talking ,etc. I thought to myself, I want to go live with his family overseas for a little bit. Why? because maybe we can save money and he can open an apartment or house with saving money. While I would be there I think he can save money. I'm always alone and us not having money makes me live in an apartment that I hate.

My question is, should I go overseas me and my girls and leave him in America to try things out??? I really don't know what to do. Inshallah my brothers and sisters can help me please..!!!

Sorry want to add a little bit more. He would work in America while I'm there and send some money for me. He has a couple of siblings here by him. I really don't want them to start to control  him while I'm gone. I just don't know.

I just want to know if it is allowed in Islam for one's husband to suck his wife's milk while she is feeding milk to baby.

I have heard some one saying that a husband can suck his wife's milk and that it is allowed.

Please respond in details.

I am in2 this relationship with a non muslim guy for 5 yrs...though he is an atheist bt takes a lot of pride in his name...the problem is so that now v both want to get married...his parents have agreed quite reluctantly...bt there is a lot of prob from my side..

After convincing him to convert he has agreed bt just for marriage.he does not want his parents to know bt this conversion..n wants us to have a marry through special marriage act...

Now my questions are as follows

1.Is it important for him to change his name?

2.How can we possibly make our marriage materialize without hurting each others parents

3.After he converts can we possibly get married through special marriage act rather that having a nikah

Plz help me
