If a girl is married without the permission of her mother and her presence; will the marriage be valid in Islam? What should I do to fight them especially in Court? Just in case they want me to go to jail? How can her mother fight her rights? I wanted to marry her. Her family agreed. I am 20years Muslim man.

I cheated on my husband but didn’t tell him until a year later

I was in a relationship with a boy at the age of 17 and it went along for about 3 years until we decided to get married without telling our parents. The first 6 months of our relationship I had a problem of not being fully committed to him and I cheated by kissing 5 other guys during that time.

I want to get married but my parents think it’s too early for me. Please help me.

I really want to have someone in my life, a real muslimah that fears Allah and is a practicing muslim and serious about her deen. Im not seeing anyone or doing anything illegal that is out of the boundaries set by Allah. The problem is that my parents think it’s to early for me to get married, however they have agreed to trying to find me a suitable wife, but sometimes I just feel that I am burdening them with this request and that they find it hard to happen and a bit annoying. I have stopped asking my parents over this issue and I have totally left it to Allah and his will, and told myself that Whenever Allah wants,it will surely happen.

My fiancée is not muslim, who can be the walis?

I want to get married before ramadhan but the lady that i want to marry she is not a muslim,but this is not the matter, the problem is that lady can not present her father or brother as witnesses …
