Confused – does this invalidate our nikah?
Ever since I have been married I have been finding out really weird things about my husband. Like him cheating on me with men and women. But since the Islamic rule is to produce 4 witnesses for such a blame otherwise it is considered a botan so I haven't ever pursued any of them I.e I haven't made a fuss about them. But lately I found out that I am my husbands second wife. I had no clue about this. And someone said to me that if I wasn't aware of this at the time of my Nika than now my Nika is void. I am very confused at stressed. Is it so? Is my nika void?

You need to be carefull about your husband as he might pass you STD .

From my understanding it is not a stipulation to tell your wife of a second marriage meaning your marriage is still valid.
However your husbands behaviour and you thibking he has been cheating on you what if it was just his Halal 2nd wife?
And what behaviour is it that made you think he has been cheating on you with other women or men?

First of all your nikah is not by any chance void because a man can marry upto 4 women and there is no condition that they know about the other one.
You other problem is that you have a doubt that your husband is cheating on you but you don’t have any evidance. You made a good choice by not to make a big deal out of it without any proof.

So until you have a hard avidance I recomend you to think positively and do not indulge in the thoughts that shaitan maybe putting in your mind.
Pray five times and read this after your prayers:“It is Allah’s promise that anyone who recites, after every Salah, the Surah al Fatihah, the aayatul Kursi, two verses of Aal Imran, that is shahidallaahu..(3:18) and the present verse: Qulil laahumma Maalikal Mulki upto Bi ghairi hisaab (3: 26, 27), He will make his abode in Paradise, and have him placed in the Sacred Enclosure, and bless with His mercy seventy times every day, and fulfill seventy of his needs, and protect him against every envier and enemy and make him prevail over them”.
May Allah give you clarity and saves us from makar of shaitan. Ameen
