If a couple consider each another as husband and wife is this marriage?
Assalam o Alaikum!
I want to ask....
Is a couple who's not in Nikah, maintain a sexual relationship by considering each other as husband and wife, are considered as married in islam??? or it is a fornication??? also tell me after ending such a relationship, is it necessary for a female to take divorce from the person she had sex...???

In answer to your question, considering one another as husband and wife does not constitute a nikah in Islam. So if a couple had such a relationship without a valid nikah this is zina (fornication), and a grave sin. A couple are only lawful to one another if they have had nikah and the conditions of nikah have been fulfilled. Both of them should cease committing any sins including talking, hugging and being alone. They should acknowledge their sin and make sincere tawbah by asking Allah for His forgiveness and of course making a firm intention to never go near that sin.
After this they can either decide to marry formally with nikah if they wish, or they can part ways and cut contact. There is no middle route. A divorce is not needed in this case as the 'marriage' was not a marriage in the first place.
If they are unsure of how a valid nikah is done, it may be advisable for them to contact a scholar for more information.

I had to ask a question regarding temporary marriage.
If both,girl and boy who love each other and want sex even they know there might be some problems in future concerning their marriage but still they want each others company and sex (future marriage impossible to family issues).so they can marry each other for that much time till they are togather and then give talaak to each otherat last? And after that what repent or something they have to pay?
Meer, temporary marriage is haram, and in any case I doubt you would be willing to meet the requirements for marriage in Islam, such as the presence of witnesses (including the bride's wali), payment of mahr, and a walimah. Don't play games with the deen. Stay away from each other and protect your religion and your honor.

Hi alsalamu alaikum.this is indeed a serious mistake and you must ask forgiveness from Allah. marriage without witness and guidance is not at all a marriage in islam u have to marry in the presences of your guidance(wali) and a witness of your marriage then in this way is only considered a marriage.prophet s.a.w said(there is no marriage without guidance(wali) accepting each other as husband and wife is not at all considered a marriage in islam and so if you want to marry you have to marry a true marriage in they way of sunnah and shariah and if you cross the rules of marriage in islam then that is a major sin and ask Allahs forgiveness.& may Allah forgive us all.
no sister, the pillars/conditions for a marraige to be valid is not just them considering husband and wife.
in order for the marraige to be valid, there have to be 5 conditions fullfilled.
1.the wali of the girl's permission
2.the permission of the girl herself
3 witnesses
4 dawry/mahr
5 i forgot what 5 was.
they dont need to get a divorce because it was never a marriage in the first place.
they should get married.
Allaah will forgive them if they get married and make tawbah.
because they started with sin, and ended with reward with eachother.
The 5th condition is to have an announcement of the mariage by for example dinner, ceremony, etc
