Am I right in asking divorce?
I have raised this to him recently , and he said there is no hope for our marriage and that we are just sharing a house but at the same time He doesn’t wanna be the one to raise the issue of divorce but he said if that is what I want he is ready when I am ready.
Is it sinful for him to not speak to his parents and marry me without their consent?
The brother I wish to marry (I have the consent of my parents) does not speak to his parents. He has tried on several occasions to make contact and visit them. His mother has tried to ban the rest of the family from speaking to him. The reason being he has moved out of the house and lives alone after years of his mother treating him in a way no son should be treated.
Husband provides no financial support, but still wants intercourse
if wife stay seperate and husband doesn’t give any shelter, money, spending money, but wants to visit sometimes and have intercourse with his wife, is it permissible for him to keep such a relation?
