  1. 1) Islam does not allow anyone to have unmarital sex.

Allah says in Quran, Surah Al-Isra S17:V32: "And come not near to unlawful sex. Verily, it is a Fahishah (i.e. anything that transgresses its limits: a great sin), and an evil way (that leads one to Hell unless Allah forgives him). "

    and

    2) No, a Muslimah who has reached age of puberty must observe hijaab, so 'NO' she cannot wear a mini skirt in public.

Allah(swt) says in His Book The Quran in Surah An-Nur 31:
“…and not to reveal their adornments except to their husbands, their fathers, their husband’s fathers, their sons, their husband’s sons, their brothers or their brother’s sons, or their sister’s sons, or their (Muslim) women (i.e. their sisters in Islaam), or the (female) slaves whom their right hands possess, or old male servants who lack vigour, or small children who have no sense of the shame of sex. And let them not stamp their feet so as to reveal what they hide of their adornment. And all of you beg Allaah to forgive you all, O believers, that you may be successful.”

Furthermore: Allah says about women in the Qur'an: "And to display of their adornment only that which is apparent (do not expose any adornment or beauty save the hands and face)."

Let us not forget the purpose of Hijab:

“Al-Hayaa (modesty & bashfulness) is from Iman (belief) and Iman is in Al-Jannah (the Paradise).” (At-Tirmidhi – Saheeh)

Let us also not forget our purpose in life. It is to serve Allah only and if anything or anyone takes you away from this, then it would be better for you to move away from that thing. So if you are in a relationship with a man who is asking you to have sexual relations with him or for you to wear revealing clothes in public or infront of him while you are not in nikah, then this man is not God fearing and is not good for you. So leave him now, before you end up writing here for something much worse like so many sisters have on this site.

    May Allah protect you, aameen,

  2. Salaam my Sister,

No man, regardless of age, religion, or marital status or gender should ever ask any women - regardless of age, religion, or marital status to do these things. This is an offence of the highest level, and can be interpreted as sexual harassment.

Islamically, we (male and females) must practice modesty in our dress, speech and our behaviour at all times and avert our eyes.

So to answer to your question no, as a Muslim he cannot ask you that because it breaches the rules of modesty which he should be abiding by. And as a Muslim (or any) female you should not have to be subjected to that.

  3. Why don't you marry a decent young man and then wear a mini skirt for him at home?

Look, gheyra is sooooooo important in Islam. If he doesn't have gheyra for you, and you for him,

then your love and passion won't be private any more- you're going to share it with everybody

outside. People will say things like: Oh Masha allah what a beautiful woman. Where did you drag her up?

That's very condescending and when I didn't wear hijab yet, my husband's colleagues said that about me.

I felt like a piece of meat or like an object- but Islam elevated our status enormously. We aren't toys

people admire, like or dislike, we are human beings with inner qualities and certainly beautiful bodies-

but for our husbands and family. Not for the world outside. You are a jewel, irrespective of age, looks, etc.

And your husband is supposed to protect your dignity- not to serve you on a plate like a delicious meal

to make other people hungry as well. I always say: Women are competitors in all cultures and nations.

But the religion wanted to make "sisters" of us- who think of each other's feelings and sensitivities.

Who don't walk around like selfish human beings who want to attract attention- without thinking of others.

Dear Sister, whoever this boy is, don't listen to him and the Waswasah of the Shaitan. Protect your dignity

and find a husband who does that as well

    Jazakallah Sister
