My sister is bipolar, how to help her?
Assalamoulaikum,
I have a bipolar sister. She has been suffering for around 15 years. How do we help her? Not talking to her, and not doing anything, will not help.

Consult a psychiatrist. It would be better for her.
Assalaamualaykum zinatc,
Have you seen a psychiatrist already? I am hoping you have, because otherwise, you could not have said she has bipolar disorder for a fact. A lot of people use the term "bipolar" in a degrading way to refer to someone who is often angry or manic, and that's very sad, because it is a very real condition.
If you did visit the psychiatrist already, what did they say? Was she given any medication? Medication compliance is a journey that takes a lot of time to establish. She should get started as soon a possible.
