My Brother is Unable to Find a Job; Please Suggest an Islamic Solution

sir or ma'am.. these days i am going through serious family problem....
i have a brother and mother father in my family......my father has no job and my mom is a teacher... i have done my B.Tech alhumdullilah... and now m doing M.Tech with all help of my almighty..
now my problem is that my brother has done B.Com and giving some govt exams and not getting selection in any of them... since childhood he is not into studies that much.. due to my fathers pressure he is studying...
now since my parents are bit worried about my marriage and all.... and also our financial condition is not that good....soo what all they want is a job from my brother so that there could be some help....... i understand all this very very deeply and very much condern about there worries ...
now i want suggestion under the guidence of islam so that my brother could get a job and so do me....so that our financial problems could get solve till some extent..
due to this situation we all family members are going through serious trauma everyday there is issues each and everyday on some or the other thing......
now i want any dua for job of my brother and for peace at my home........
please help me....please

Bismillah IrRahman nirRahim,tell your brother to ask forgiveness often for the past sins he committed and pray all the salah and make much dua and tell him to do superogatory works as much as prossible.if AllahSWT wills,he will soon get a job.

Sister, I understand what you face. And the solution lies in trust in Allah Subhaanahu wa Ta'ala.
Rizq is a matter decided by Allah in our Destiny and at any cost, we won't get more than what Allah Has Destined, or less that it. We will get exactly what Allah Has Destined for us. So, there's no point in letting this matter destroy your peaceful life or make you insecure. Trust in Allah that whether your brother gets a job now or later, Allah Will Give you what He Has Written for you. Your Rizq will follow you, wherever you go, whether you ask for it or not.
Secondly, your brother has a Bachelors Degree in Commerce, which is something I did as my first Graduate course. I don't know where you live, but if one prepares well to face the interview panel, job prospects are brilliant.
Whenever your brother applies to a job or plans to apply, ask him to trust in Allah that if the job is good for him, he will get it, otherwise, he won't. And ask him to pray two Raka'at of Salatul Istikhaarah and say the Dua of Istikhaarah for this purpose
B.Com is a job oriented course, which essentially equips the learner with some analytical abilities. If your brother takes on some additional courses of his interest which are more job oriented than the degree itself, then his chances of getting a job will boost, in sha Allah.
Further, have you considered asking him what he wants to do? Does he feel responsible towards his family? If not, then he won't be able to get a job easily. You need to make him feel the responsibility, somehow, motivating him to pursue a career.
Have you tried to find out if his ambitions match his learnings? Or his degree for that matter? If not, then try to find out what if likes and what he is good at, and enrol him in some additional certifications which are pertaining to his interest and ambition. This will also stimulate his desire to work and your problem will be solved, as he will excel in what he is interested in, than what he is forced into.
Is the government course really his choice or your father pushing him to it? I can say that it is not his choice, because if it was, then he would have tried hard and hard to get what he aspires for.
Though this comment from me is material than Islamic, I think this will also help a person attain peace and satisfaction. Not all the people are interested in the same things. Some people have some interests while others have interests different than them.

I know this question is primarily for helping your brother, but is your father also looking for work? Or does he have some type of disability that prevents him from working? As good as it may be for your brother to find a job, the primary responsibility to support the family still rests on your father.

IF I CAN GET A DIRECT CONTACT WITH ANYONE WHO WANTS TO DO INTERIOR WORK I CAN GUIDE INSHALLAH THAT PERSON HOW TO GO ABOUT WITH THE CALCULATION OF RAW MATERIAL AND THEN VISIT SOME FLATS OR SITES WHERE THE WORK IS GOING ON IN THEIR CITY GET TO KNOW THE BASIC PROCEDURE AND THEN APPROACH SOME OWNERS WHO ARE LOOKING OUT FOR THIS TYPE WORKS TO BE DONE ETC ETC
IT IS SLOW BUT THOROUGH LEARNING OF THE SYSTEM AFTER ONE OR TWO WORKS ANYONE CAN BE CONFIDENT OF MOVING AHEAD IF ALLAH WILLS.
