Doubts and negative thoughts
I'm 18 years old. I'm an average muslim. I offer my namaz everyday but I also watch movies and listen to music just like any other normal teenagers. I have been going through so many doubts about some incidents in past whether it happened like that or happened like this. I don't know whether these doubts are from my nafs or from shaythan. I knew that some doubts comes from shaythan cause he wants to see us feel down and confused. I don't know about my case. And now I became very depressed thinking about these doubts and also I'm getting some negative thoughts.. note that these doubts has nothing to do with allah or islam. Sometimes I feels like ending up my life but I'm very afraid to do it as I knew the severe punishment of suicide in the hereafter. Please help me since I have been going through this condition for a long time. I would be glad if you can give some duas and hadiths related to these kinds of doubt issues.

You are depressed. Most likely a chemical imbalance. Some take medicine to balance it and some like me use meditation and exercise and getting some sun. Suprisingly a vitamin D defincency can cause symptoms like this. I would go to the doctor and have them do blood work to check if you have any issues. Best wishes.
