Eid Mubarak!

Happy Eid, Blessed Eid

Happy Eid!

Eid Mubarak to all our readers, blessed Eid, and may Allah accept our fasting and our prayers, and grant us our dua', and forgive our sins, and make us among the people of Jannah.

Although this Ramadan was difficult, I will miss it deeply, and already I look forward to next year so I can do better, so I can strive even harder to get close to Allah, purify myself of my sins, and revitalize my spirit for the rest of the year, Insha'Allah.

As we enjoy ourselves on Eid, attending Eid salat, satisfying ourselves with traditional sweets, and spending time with family and friends, let's remember those who continue to go hungry every day. They don't have baqlawa and sugar cookies to enjoy on Eid. They don't have dates and milk. They don't even have flour or rice. They wait in line and sometimes fight just to get drinking water.

Think about that. They are found in Palestine, Yemen, China, Burma, Pakistan, India, Africa and many other places. They are our brothers and sisters, and for them the suffering continues. Let's do whatever we can to help them. Let's dig deep and donate what what we can, and increase our dua' for them day and night.

Happy Eid, brothers and sisters, and may Allah bless you all.
