  1. I don't think there is a surah for it, you can only archive your dreams if you study hard. Study hard and make a lot of dua to Allah swt. You can't make promises by touching the Quran!

  2. Salaam, hope your doing good and studies are going well. I'm glad to hear that you have goals and are trying your best to achieve them. I remember being in your shoes a few years back and working hard to get to where I am today.

I don't think there's a particular surah, not as far as I'm aware but I remember reading Rabi zidni illma (oh my Lord increase me in my knowledge) a lot when I used to study.

I think the best advice I can give from experience is to work hard. Utilise your time well. Make a timetable in advance to avoid procrastinating, and also to avoid overworking yourself. Make sure you keep up with lessons/lectures and don't let things pile up. Remember you need to take care of yourself when your studying - eat well, keep hydrated, regular breaks, sleep well etc.

I used to find that sleeping early and waking up for fajr and studying after that was very effective. I would get a lot done but still have a lot of the day left to either relax or study some more if I had the energy. There is a Hadith which shows that the prophet (pbuh) asked Allah to bless the mornings for his ummah:
The messenger of Allah pbuh said: "oh Allah, bless my ummah in the mornings". Whenever he sent out troops or an army he would send them at the beginning of the day. Sakhr was a trader, and he sent out his caravans at the beginning of the day, and he did well and made money. (Reported by Abu dawud al tirmidhi and ibn majah).

I'm quite sociable so I would often feel isolated studying alone, so each time I had a major exam I would form a study group and we would motivate each other, this was probably the most useful exam tactic I had.

I don't really think there is a miracle technique to help you do well. Just lots of motivation, hard work and faith in Allah. You can definitely achieve your goals with the right mindset.

With regards to sins - well we're human we all commit sins unfortunately. But Allah knows this, He knows we're weak.

"Say: O My slaves who have transgressed against themselves (because of sins), do not despair from the mercy of Allah. Verily, Allah forgives all sins. Verily, He is All-Forgiving, Most Merciful." [Al-Qur'an 39:53]

The main thing is what you do after committing a sin. Do you feel remorse and regret, do you ask Allah to forgive you. You need to have hope that Allah will forgive you so that you can move on from that sin. You should always try your best not to commit sins in the first place but if you have then you need to ask for repentance with a pure heart and try your very best not to make the same mistake again. Each time you sin you should try to read nafl prayers for forgiveness. It's recommended to do a good deed if you have committed a sin so that you can earn some reward. Remember to keep up with the five daily prayers.

It's quite reassuring to know your thinking about these things. I am sure you will do well in life. May Allah swt guide you and bless your life with happiness and success. Ameen.
