This hair loss wouldnt stop. It has left me devastated!

woman's blond hair extension

Assalamoalaikum!

I am a 20 years old female. I am becoming a doctor. Last year I did dieting for a while because of which my hair started falling out in clumps. It lasted for 6 months then ended. And recently only after a few months my hair has again started falling out from roots. I don't know whats causing it. My diet is fine now and I have been taking multivitamins regularly. NOTHING seems to stop it. I feel devastated. I am a girl so it is a huge cause of distress. Can you please tell me how I can sstop this hair loss.

Any dua or wazifa? Anything?

  1. eat egg, meat n take milk..n take a proper diet...dnt think much be free n tension free..for more prevention cnsult to doctor

  2. Try honey and only oil its usefull,

Mix honey with equal quantity of Olive Oil and cover head with a warm towel for half an hour then shampoo off.

Also everyday before going to bed message your hair with oil.

    And do not use conditioner.

  3. Salam Sis,

I've also been dieting for few months now and I face the exact same problem. I've got a really tangled hair already and hair loss is making it worse. Does it fall out when you comb it? If so I'd suggest that you go through your hair with your fingers first and then use a comb so it unties the knots first if you have any . Maybe you can try different shampoos/conditioners??
Some shampoos like Head and Shoulders are kinda harsh on your scalp so tend to cause hair loss faster and
try using conditioners that prevent hair loss.

I hope I've helped in some way, make dua to Allah and dont worry sis, look it up on google, they'll prob. have loads of tips to prevent hair loss. Maybe its like an after-effect of dieting but after you've started eating right and plus the vitamin tablets should also help.

  4. I believe this is some kind of skin disease. However, I don't wish to speculate. I know of an experience dermatologist who could assist. If you are on facebook, I would advice you too visit the page of Dr. J.S. Pasricha
He has a cure for this disease. Drop in a message on his page and I guess he might help.

    Aafaa Allahu Anka !

  5. i am a girl too and i can just imagine the distress this is causing u!
my aunt had this same problem, and my mum bought her "nutricap" and my mum says its helping her. so maybe u can give it a try.
Also, i strongly believe in home remedy. with a little patience home remedy works and its cheaper without any added stuff. I suggest you go on YouTube, and trust me alot of people has this problem, and see the solution ppl are mentioning. I recommend that you view several videos and see what most people are using and go with that. i think it might have something to do with your scalp, also try googling ur problem and see what people are saying and lastly, if nothing helps see your family doctor. oh! cant believe i didnt mention this above!!!! Ask Allah for help. So i did something REALLY stupid with my face about a month ago and i had like a whole bunch of pimples! it was sooo embarrassing and i had to go to school. my mum found this dua and trust me! my face never looked better! ๐Ÿ˜€ everytime i finished my salat i would recite it and blow it into the cream i was using. and within one week everyhting was great!
"O Lord of the people, remove this pain and cure it, You are the one who cures and there is no one besides You who can cure, grant such a cure that no illness remains".
i hope ur problem stops. Ameen.

For the cure of any illness

Ayesha (R.A.) stated that when anyone among them had an illness, Prophet Mohammad (SAW.) used to rub the area of the pain reciting the following dua:

"O Lord of the people, remove this pain and cure it, You are the one who cures and there is no one besides You who can cure, grant such a cure that no illness remains".

    • Can u plz write this dua in english

      • Ya rabbun naas, azhibil ba'sa washfi. Antash shaafee wa laa shifaa-a illaa shifaa-uk. Shifaa-a laa yughaa diru saqamaa.

        • jazak Allah Khair for the transliteration. I was also waiting for it

btw that Guy Fawkes Mask reminds me of V For Vendetta. wonder if it, as your display pic is symbolic.

          • Simply means 'Anonymous' ๐Ÿ˜€ .

          • Lol ok. I though it had a strong message like, fight against oppression.

          • Yea 'Anonymous' group on fb, check it out

  6. Go and see a specialist the sooner you do this the better. It is your hormones imbalance due to dieting it takes a while to get back to normal but this is also caused through genetic hair loss. The more you try remedies the worse it may get so first thing see someone who knows the root of the cause and can explain better to you and give you options

  7. Sister Kanza, wa alaykum as-salam,

This must be very upsetting. What does your doctor say? Does he/she have an idea what's causing it?

  8. see a specialist doctor. not all hair fall are permanent. it may be a temporary thing. but certain scalp conditions can be permanent. as suggested by brother wael, see a dermatologist at the first instance. you are becoming a doctor yourself , so would know that balanced diet is more important than just dieting( starving) . also go on a wieght management programme through your doctor , if you still need to loose weight.

  9. Sister,

Hair falling out can be due to a multitude of things. Stress is a large factor for many when it comes to hair loss. If you are taking any medications, check and see if a side effect is hair loss. I myself was using a cream for my face a year ago. I loved it and it made my skin perfect in every way. Only problem...I didn't know a side effect of the cream was hair loss! Needless to say I stopped using it and now, months later my hair is back to normal. Also get some blood work and check your thyroid.

    Salam

  10. My sister has the same issue, now someone told her to use oliva oil leave it on for 30 mits she said her hair is getting thicker and look better, you will find this in Islamic stores is yellow with a oliva oil picture on it. One more think I have a friend she has been losing her hair so badly she cries about it, she went to so many doctors nobody knows why that is the case so I told her do the same thing and see how it works. Insallah you will be ok.

  11. Before you take any measurements and medicine, ask Allah to help you in this and do what is best for you. Then try your ways to get your hair.

It has become norm of our Ummah that we seek worldly help first and somewhere in the end we ask Allah which should be opposite.

  12. Hi sister,
I'm working in a health and wellness company that was proven for how many decades. That can help you with your problems and it's made with aloe Vera so there's no side effect and can give you a healthy leaving. They also have for dieting that you don't need to be more stress with your figure. But if you like try coconut put it in your hair for 1 hr. It can help and make your hair shine.. And one of the reason why it happened is stress as what our sisters say, and not eating health and proper food. Inchaellh you can will be fine and don't think to much

  13. Asalamu alaykum wa Rahmatullahi wa barakathu. SubhanAllah the ummah is definately one body- we feel eachothers pain. I am going through similar issues as mentioned on the above! It does feel like its only you- but subhanAllah they are many people in the same boat.

May Allah give us cure to all illness and restore our health and especially restore and perserve our imaan!
Lets see this as a test from the Allah the most high. This could be an expiation of sins and even our way to jannah if we bear patience. Lets recall the story of yaqoob AS who lost his health yet said that Alah had blessed him all those years so should be dont endure this hardship! And lets be thankful that its not worse.

These are reminders to myself to help me attain taqwa. May Allah help us in our needs and keep us all in the best of health and imaan.
