If you have a problem such as the one you describe, it may be best to first discuss it with your GP or family doctor. A lot of things can cause these problems, so it may be that some adjustment to your lifestyle or to any medication you're currently taking might help. If these don't help, I would imagine it would be entirely reasonable to see a specialist and consider medication if necessary.

When speaking with a doctor, try to find a male, ideally Muslim doctor. You are entirely within your rights to state that you only want to discuss these matters with a male doctor - just as a woman would be to request a female doctor for a problem with her sexual health. And don't be hasty to jump to medication, as other approaches (such as psychological techniques) can be effective as well - make sure that your doctor gives you information about your options, and encourages you to make your own, informed decision.

If you have concerns about whether a medicine's ingredients might not be halal, you can ask for a summary of the ingredients, and find out from that. Most medicines should be ok, but there are some that wouldn't be (eg. some types of insulin are derived from pork) - if in doubt, check! - it's better to be safe than sorry.

  2. How do you know you have this problem? Do you know what normal ejaculation is like?

There is nothing wrong with talking to a doctor about sexual problems.

  3. Assalamualaikum,

    1. Perform Hijama. If you don't know what that is, Google search it and find out. However, make sure the person who performs it on you is skilled and qualified, and that all safety precautions are taken.
    2. Exercise regularly.
    3. Clean up your diet and eat nutritious food.
    4. Consult a professional naturopath/nutritionist who can assist you in optimizing your health as well as your specific issue.

I am by no means an expert. These are very general guidelines meant to steer you toward the right direction. In my humble opinion, I think these are four important steps that you can take in order to solve your problem, as well as improve your overall health and well-being.

May Allah grant you health and success.
