Is her khula valid?
i am asking this on behalf of someone.
she got divorce/khula from court against her husband from hong kong court.But her husband says this is not a valid divorce by islamic laws. Is her khula/divorce is is valid?

The Hong Kong law is different from Islamic law. It's two different system so how is it possible; it's like playing football with basketball rules. God has made it simple just follow the Islam law and you're fine. Don't take a risk.
