  1. As salamu alaykum,

In the last 2 or 3 weeks of pregnancy the doctor may advice to abstain from sex to avoid harm to the baby or the mother.

You should ask your doctor, because every case has its particular details to have into account.

  2. Respected
My question is this .is intercourse is allowed in Islam than which month of pregnancy is allowed.if it is restricted in any month of pregnancy than whose month.

    • Sister uzma, As-salamu alaykum. There is no religious restriction. Intercourse may be enjoyed at any time during the pregnancy. As the pregnancy advances, however, care should be taken to utilize positions that do not put undue pressure on the fetus. A physician or midwife might be more qualified to advise on this matter.

  3. sir plz tell whether there is any restriction on sex with pregnant wife after six month do reply

  4. During pregnancy is it permissible in Islam to have sexual intercourse? If yes then upto which month?

The only times it is impermissible and unlawful in Shariah for a married couple to enjoy conjugation is:
    During the wife’s menstruation periods.
    Menstruation period after child-birth.
When one is fasting in Ramadan (or any other month).
When one is in the state of ‘eteqaaf’ during the last 10 days of Ramadan.
When in the state of ‘ehram’ during the pilgrimage to the Sacred House.

There is absolutely no restriction or limitation in Shariah for a married couple if they wish to enjoy sexual relationship with each other during the full pregnancy period of the wife, even until the very moment before the baby is delivered, for immediately after the birth, the wife will be considered in the state of post-child birth menstruation.

  7. asslamualaikum ,
i want to ask the question can wife use her hands on her husbands pravite part during her mensiz days tell me is it haram or not haram be cause husband can play with her wife and wife can also ply with her husband,s pravite parts plz tell

    • You can please your husband with your hands at that time, but intercourse is not allowed. The Prophet said: "Do every thing except intercourse." (Sahih Muslim). If the "Mani" (sperm) ejaculates during foreplay then he has to make Ghusl only, nothing else. This is established by Muslim Scholars.

    • i am going to give you a good advice "control yourself" and if your wife does nt want you to touch her then you cannot force her and it is not a sin coz sex itself is a shameful act and it has been made legal in the form of nikkah coz its our need , the purpose of marriage is not sex so i think you should be patient .

      • You are wrong when you say sex itself is a shameful act. Just the opposite. It is a natural act that is a part of our biological and emotional makeup. When we do it the halal way with our spouse, it is actually a barakah. It is an expression of love. It is only when one commits sin that it is shameful.

And yes, sex is one of the reasons to get married.

        • then do you have the courage to do it in public with your wife just because it is legal and natural!

          • Don't be silly.

          • It's not a shameful act at all!! If u r unmarried u do it, then it's shameful. One of the purpose of marriage is sex, so as to avoid someone commit adultery. Sex is something intimate, private and a beautiful thing for those who love their partner truely. We r not animals to have sex anywhere, anytime!!! Sex is done when both partners feel the pleasure. Mind your language next time!!

        • lol

    • sami, if she has no valid reason then she is committing a sin. However, she might have a reason. You should discuss it with her and find out what she is feeling.
