Can I marry this Algerian boy without my parents consent?
Hi.
I am 23 years old, and I have fallen in love with an Algerian boy who is a muslim. He is a very good guy, and religious too. I believe he is the right guy for me because he is pure and loves me, too. I do not meet him physically because I know there are temptations I may not be able to control. I haven't spoken to my parents about him, because they strictly want me to go for an Indian boy (and he is Algerian). I'm too scared to tell them about him, because I know the answer will be a no.
Can I marry him in islam without their consent? Although I still believe I am young and want to get married later, I don't want to commit sins. Is marrying him the best solution?

Marrying without parental consent is risky and not adviseable. Besides that, marriage without your wali (presumably your father) is not valid. Getting married in secret only for fear of your parents' reaction is not a good enough reason to go forward with that plan. In fact, it's a very immature solution, and tells me that someone considering this is not ready for marriage in general.
You need to involve your parents in any marital prospects. There are many solid reasons for this, but if you don't feel like you can bring this situation to them then there's a bigger issue than just whom you marry. When you do get married, your parents will still be a support system for you so you don't want to start off in that adult role by making choices that are going to put them at odds with you when you will eventually need their help and guidance as a young couple and eventually, young parents.

Has your friend suggested about marriage? Has he talked to his parents about you? Don't go and meet him alone? Is there any immigration sponsorship involved? Look at all proposals that come your way and select the best?
Many time this online relationships end after first secret meeting. Have you seen him on a webcam? If he sent you a picture, google to see if it is him.
