Marriage to a Bohra girl

ASAK,

i am a sunni memon muslim in love with a bohri girl from last 5 yrs. She is religious and i have no problems she following bohra culture. My parents are ok with the marriage but her parents are completely against it. Infact her parents have got her engaged to other bohra guy.

She is helpless and cannot go against her parents as this will lead to her family being removed from bohra community.

Is this marriage permissible under Islam ?
Also, she says her parents would agree if i am ok with praying misaq and nikkah under her community for the sake of marriage and then can follow my culture. Is it ok for me to pray such misaq.
