A valid nikkah with no witness but Allah?
AOA,
My question is, if two people (male and female) take an oath that they will accept each other as husband and wife and their witness is Allah Talah while they are alone (as Allah is everywhere), is this nikkah possible? I have read that nikkah is not a thing to do behind closed doors, and witnessare necessary, but my friend said that she had listened to a program in which she heard this.
Please solve my query, thanks.

ASSLAMALAIKUM-
1ST POINT WHICH LANDS YOU IN KUFFR-HAS TO BE DEALT SERIOUSLY-(as Allah is everywhere)
IS BELIEF OF THE HINDUS/JAINS AND BUDDHISTS-NOT OF MUSLIMS PLEASE READ....

Allaah is present over His Mighty Throne above the seven heavens. It is not like some people think Allaah (Subhanahu wa ta'ala) is present here, there and everywhere. This is not true. Allaah (Subhanahu wa ta'ala) tells us that He is above the heavens, over His Throne. He (Subhanahu wa ta'ala) says: “The Most Gracious (Allaah) "Istawa" (rose over)
1-the (Mighty) Throne (in a manner that suits His Majesty).”
2And He (Subhanahu wa ta'ala) also says:
“Do you feel secure that He, Who is Over the heaven (Allaah),
will not cause the earth to sink with you, and then it should quake?
Or do you feel secure that He Who is over the heaven (Allaah), will
not send against you a violent whirlwind? Then you shall know how
(terrible) has been My Warning.”
3-Allaah (Subhanahu wa ta'ala) says many times in the Qur’aan: The angels arise up to Him, the angels descend, He sends down the rain, that He sent down the Qur'aan, and other such statements which make clear the belief that Allaah is separate from His creation and high above them. Also there is the Hadeeth of Mu'awiyah as-Sahmi (Radiya ‘Llahu 'anhu) who reported:
“I had some sheep which I kept between Uhud and Juwaniyyah with a slave-girl to look after them. One day, I went out to check on my sheep and discovered that a wolf had devoured one of them. Since I am just a human, (I became angry) and struck the girl. Later on, I came to the Prophet (Sallallahu 'alaihi wa sallam) and reported to him the incident. He terrified me with the gravity of my action. I said, 'Messenger of Allaah'! Shall I free her (as an expiation of my sin).
He said 'Call her over'. When I did, he asked her, 'Where is Allaah?' She said, 'Above the heavens'. Then he asked her, 'Who am I?' She said, 'The Messenger of Allaah (Sallallahu 'alaihi wa sallam)'. Thereupon, the Messenger of Allaah (Sallallahu 'alaihi wa sallam) ordered me, 'Free her. She is a believer'.”

NOW ABOUT YR QUESTION-
The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: “A woman should not arrange another woman’s marriage and a woman should not arrange her own marriage, for the zaaniyah (adulteress) is the one who arranges her own marriage.” (Narrated by Ibn Maajah, 1782; see also Saheeh al-Jaami’, 7298).
And for that reason only Allah made compulsory intervention of a wali without which Nikah or marriage is invalid as young girls might get into trouble by falling in infatuation thinking it is love this and that-for their safety Allah made wali's permission obligatory see in hindus also one word they use kanya-daan-father hands over the girl to the inlaws after their rituals-without wali -
It was narrated that Abu Moosa said: The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: “There is no (valid) marriage without a wali.” (Narrated by al-Tirmidhi, 1101; Abu Dawood, 2085; Ibn Maajah, 1881. Classed as saheeh by al-Albaani in Saheeh al-Tirmidhi, 1/318).
HOPE THIS IS SUFFICIENT FOR YOU ON ONE SUBJECT WHICH LANDS - IN KUFFR AND THE OTHER IS SAVES FROM BECOMING ZANIYA[ADULTRESS]
REGARDS
Salaams,
That is not a valid nikkah. You need at least two male witnesses for it to be valid, and the woman needs the consent of her wali as well. Whatever your friend heard was incorrect.

AsSalaamu Alaikum,
you need to understand the meaning of a witness.
In case of any misunderstanding after the nikah, the two witnesses should be able to come and testify that they honestly witnessed your nikah with their own two eyes and ears.
Allah will not come down to testify for you in this Dunya. Allah will testify for you only in Akhirah, not in Dunya.
So, since you live in this Dunya for now, there should be two witnesses from Dunya who could testify for you in Dunya.
The two witnesses have been assigned in Dunya, to be Allah's representatives in witnessing the nikah, and therefore they must be trustworthy people.
Also, as has been said by Sister Amy above, the consent of the woman's wali is needed for the nikah to be valid (in addition to a mahr/dowry for the woman for the nikah to be valid).
So what is the solution

I am 35 years old .. I want to do nikah with one man without witnesses and document due to some reasons, can we accept each other infront of Allah and make Allah witness,? I need husband and afraid that zina will be held .. Is it better to do nikah at least and accept each other without witnesses.. Regarding my problem guide Me..
As-salamu alaykum Jannat. There is NO nikah without witnesses. Simply making intention in your hearts is NOT nikah, and if you had relations after that it would be zinaa. You need witnesses, a wali for the bride, payment of mahr, and it's also recommended to have a waleemah afterward.
