And if conditions was put in example (I want my husband to move with me to a different country after 1 year of marriage and I will only marry him if he accepts this condition)

But after 1 year of marriage the husband changes his mind and says I don't want to move to a different country
Will that invalidate the nikkah, automatic divorce or if both forget what was put in nikkah paper after 1 year has passed or husband and wife change their mind about the conditions in the nikkah paper
