I am sorry that you and your cousin are facing difficulties. InshaAllah you will find a way forward.

as salam walikumm i hope things work out 4 u,i turned down ny cousin proposal to me because i was scared our parents would nt accept keep trying n praying to allah and he will make things the way it should be inshallah
