AsSalaamu 'alaikum sister,
In addition to seeing a doctor, you may try making your daughter start memorizing the Holy Quran (if she hasn't started yet), and let her practice on that a lot--inshaAllah, that should be helpful in making her brain stronger.
You may also teach her to say the following (as mentioned by brother Waseem) frequently:
Hope this helps inshaAllah, and Allah knows best.
Assalam alaikum,
In addition to the above, I recommend that you do not invest your time in worrying and comparing her to others. Sometimes some children are late bloomers and they do amazing things--but not necessarily on our schedule. Play with her, talk with her and when you want to teach her, make it more of a game (like using flash cards, or a matching or guessing game) so that she enjoys the learning and becomes more curious.
I know that you will consult with professionals, but know that they can help you, but be careful of taking every word they say for every diagnosis. For instance, if they say that she may have learning disabilities--know that this is not even the age in which this decision can be made - often such diagnosis can be made as late as grade 6 or 9 - so try to be patient. The more relaxed you will be, the better it will be for your daughter.
I pray that Allah swt ease your difficulties, Ameen.

I hope your daughters gets better and better every day.
Assalaamualaikam
If your daughter has difficulties with vision and attention, those could be making it harder for her to learn and grow mentally. It might be worth seeing a doctor to explore treatment options. For example, attention difficulties can sometimes be helped by diet changes or medication (in severe cases), and there are lots of visual aids for people who don't have standard vision.
InshaAllah, your daughter will be in all our duas. May Allah ease her burdens and reward her efforts in this life and the next.

AsalamAlikum,
1. First get a diagnosis from the profession and seek advice from them to understand the cause of the condition.
2. Some MINOR attention deficiency can be improved by changing diet - e.g. avoiding food color additives is one of them. There are books / researches on this topics about food and attention deficiency.
3. Keep going to the therapy session and join local / internet support group. They always have lots of tips to assist their family members.
4. If you are able which I will highly recommend is to take education in your hand. You know the best of your daughter's character and learning style, you may want to start "home learning" as the focal point and then side by side with her schooling. It is not uncommon to hear families saying the therapist sometimes prefer using medication rather than other methods to control attention deficiency. You need to make the right judgement and ask for more opinions.
5. After seeking help from all sources, one need to realize the reality that she may improve a little bit only. Do not focus on her deficiency instead open your eyes to see other bright side in her. You may discover some areas of strength in her. Patience and love is the key to success.
6. A side note, try to bring her to outdoor often, stimulate her vision and curiosity. Don't hide her instead let her join other children groups or even sitting with them.
Inshallah, May Allah grant you patience and ways to assist your daughter.
