Problems with my concentration and memory power

Stressed college student

Assalamualikum brothers and sisters iam 17 year old boy doing my diploma first year. My problem is that I am not able to concentrate on my studies ' in class and tuition iam an expert at my work but in span on 1 or 2 days I forget everything and during exams my performance is very weak. Sometimes at home as well I forget the things which kept on particular place. I also miss my prayers.

I pray Allah to give me strong memory

Please give me some tips it would be appreciated.

I don't why it happens. Every in tuitions and college appreciates me for giving many answers, but during exams it's all down the hills they say "IBRAHIM YOU STUDY LOT IN YOUR HOME YOU ARE GENIUS BUT YOU DON'T WANT TO SHOW OFF THAT'S WHY YOU DON'T WANT MARKS RYT??

  1. Brother have alot of oranges it will increase your thoughts and brain power. And have green Veges it should increase your memory so you don't forget. Have a lot of water to replenish your brain. And before you know it you will have scored top marks on all your exams. Good luck and do not think too much. Be positive and accept failure as you learn from your mistakes and failures. With hardship comes ease.

    The problem of concentration is normal, what i suggest to you.

    Please read QURAN daily atleast two pages with sound and pray sunnah and nafil along with the Farz salah.

    I am sure that this will increase you memory and concentration problem..

    and second thing I suggest tight your forhead with cloth like..EMAMA.. etc,

    THIS I use to follow and the same I am suggesting to you.

    Do not miss your obligatory prayers.

    Why put Dunyah first before your Rabb and Akhirah?

    When literally it is your Rabb who gives knowledge.
