Spying via the children

I want my husband back

My husband spys on me by asking the children if I am talking about him. Is there a fatwa or piece of literature that speaks to that very question? He knows spying is haram but he still does it.

There seems to be some kind problem going on between you and your husband.

It should not matter unless you bad mouth your husband all the time. You husband is insecure for some reason.

When kids are around just say nice things about your husband.

It's difficult to give specific advice without knowing the background - could you maybe tell us a bit more about what has been happening, inshaAllah? For example: are you and your husband separated, or arguing? is he worrying about anything in particular? when did this start and what else is going on?
