Is it allowed to give the name of Jibril for a new born boy?

Dear all,

I am pregnant of few months. I found the name of Jibril very beautiful.

But many people, like even 3lama, scholars or sheikh says this is not advised in Islam to give name of 3 angels, and among them there is Jibril.
