Divorce through the Court

i have asked my husband to give me divorce and he got to court and there he signed a stamp paper on which it was written 'i am giving threefold divorce ' to my wife so and so..also he has written tht i have paid her mehr but it was like that at time of marriage he gave me some money but i didnt knew it is my mehr money just after handing me over the money he took it back,after many days i got to know it was my mehr money and this way he showed that he had given me money as we were sitting with family.

now i want to ask that as i have asked for divorce my self and i free him from my mehr is this case will be called 'khula' and what will be my 'idah' .. also that i have been living away from my husband for last 8 months and we did not had any relations in private during last 8 months.. now the matter is that my husband is saying is that threefold time divorce is counted as one and he wants me back as his wife .. kindly help me what is my state and what should i do .. please reply me soon.. jazak Allah
