I want my father to say yes
Salam.
I'm 25 years old. I like a person and he likes me, too. He talked about me to his family and they agreed. They want to come for a proposal, but my father is a bit stubborn.
We have a status difference. I belong to a rich family, and he is from a mediocre one. I have no issues and I really liked him. I want to marry him. I prayed to Allah as much as I can, please suggest to me some duas that I can recite for my father so he says yes when they come for my proposal.

If you haven't already, I'd advise that you read the articles on this website about dua and istikhara - they may be helpful for you.
For istikhara, you should do this yourself rather than asking others, and it isn't based on names or dates. More information is available in that section of the website.
If this man is interested in marriage, then the next step is for him to meet with your family to bring a proposal. Financial or social status isn't a requirement for marriage - we should look at a person's deen and character. If your father expresses concern that your lifestyle after marriage may be less affluent, remind him that The Prophet (peace be upon him) and his Companions (may Allah be pleased with them) led modest lifestyles, and that as all blessings are from Allah, we should trust that He will provide for us. A rich man can become poor in an instant (remember the stock market crash...?).
There is no guarantee when it comes to this dunya. So, we should prioritise the things that matter most when considering sharing this life and the next with a person - are they a good person, are they pious, and will the two of you be able to build an Islamic life together and help each other grow in your faith?
