Taking Shahadah while Intoxicated

While I had been planning on reverting for some time, I was unable to muster up the strength to do so, kept putting it off and ended up doing so when I was intoxicated. As the consumption of alcohol is prohibited in Islam, must I take my Shahada again?

The extreme heat is making it difficult for me to pray Jummah Salaah

I have recently moved from Lahore to Sharjah and am working here in a cellphone company. My question is that due to excessive heat in Sharjah, i have developed a heat phobia which prevents me from going out in the sun and even for Friday prayers. Most of mosques here have AC but my anxiety level becomes so high that i feel very tense and panic when i go out in the sun. May be its Shaitan who prevents me.
