Brothers did secret Nikkah and my parents are going to do second Nikkah with same girl.

My brother has done secret Nikah to his girlfriend but as my parents don’t know about their nikkah, they are planning to do his Nikkah to her again which isn’t allowed. I know that he has had a nikkah as one the witness of their nikkah was a family friend and she told us. Now my brother is saying that; she is lying even though she is a very honest and noble person.
