Is his secret second marriage as Muslim to a Filipina Muslim girl valid in Philippines?

My husband who went to Saudi Arabia for work and converted to Islam and became a Muslim. He got married to a Philipina Muslim girl and didn’t mention that he is married here in Philippines and got documents from the authorities showing him as single. Our marriage is not annuled yet but I don’t know if it is valid under civil law of Philippines.

Brothers did secret Nikkah and my parents are going to do second Nikkah with same girl.

My brother has done secret Nikah to his girlfriend but as my parents don’t know about their nikkah, they are planning to do his Nikkah to her again which isn’t allowed. I know that he has had a nikkah as one the witness of their nikkah was a family friend and she told us. Now my brother is saying that; she is lying even though she is a very honest and noble person.

I am scared to tell my parents I have done Nikah

I have done nikah with my boyfriend of last 8 years.

Now I am scared how to tell that to my parents. His family approached my parents for our marriage but my father is not ready and has asked them to wait for one year.
