Torn between being an understanding brother and a loyal son.

We have two people who have conflicting motivation, methods, and life objectives. My brother aspires for a career now, and perhaps later will be a practicing muslim. My father wants my brother to be a practicing muslim now whilst having career aspirations. Now, my brother wants to move out and live separately because our father is sort-of becoming intolerant and forcible about practicing Islam.
