I have been wrongly accused of stealing.

Salam, I am going through a difficult time, my mind is all over the place, I am loosing sleep over the situation. What has happened is I am being accused of being a thief. Someone was ment to be delivering some goods to me on behalf of someone else, I was not available to take the delivery so the person is saying they left it in my garden, when I went to get the items nothing was there..
