Islamic marriage advice and family advice

I have been wrongly accused of stealing.

Salam, I am going through a difficult time, my mind is all over the place, I am loosing sleep over the situation. What has happened is I am being accused of being a thief. Someone was ment to be delivering some goods to me on behalf of someone else, I was not available to take the delivery so the person is saying they left it in my garden, when I went to get the items nothing was there, I told the people nothing was there on my arrival, now the person who sent the goods thinks I am lying and is accusing me of being a thief. There is no proof the person delivered the goods but the owner is talking his word and I have no proof the goods were not there.
Is there any dua's one can read to help find the missing goods and also does anyone know of any dua's to help ease the stress or any dua's that could help in this situation.
jazakallah

  1. As salamu alaykum, brother Abu,

My Heart trembles with your suffering, I can understand perfectly what you are going through, I believe in Justice, in the full meaning of the word, then let´s see how we can focus this from a practical point of view, talk to the first man(the owner) and with the second man(the one that delivered) and see what they have to say, they don´t have to lie, but you are not lying either, then maybe a fourth person stole the goods, then you have to check if anyone saw anything specially the one that delivered, if he saw any person close to your garden or anything suspicious. If you cannot find any proof that was stolen, your word and your honour is very important, and this is a very good lesson for the future not to trust anyone this way and handle all the movementss with papers in the middle to demonstrate you received anything.

Then if the goods don´t appear, take it like a lesson you have to pay, be grateful, you are healthy and you can work to pay for it, look to everything on positive, and focus on Allah(swt), He(swt) is all Knower and He(swt) knows every hair that falls from your head, then, trust everything will turn in the best way for you, insha´Allah.

Be the best you can be, protect yourself from evil, praying your salat, making dua, get deeper in your deen and all this situations will find the right solution, insha´Allah.

    ****Dua for lost objects:
I took this from the following post: http://www.zawaj.com/askbilqis/i-lost-my-gold/
    Given by Wael,

According to Ustadha Hedaya Hartford, SunniPath Academy teacher, the dua' for lost objects is:

Allahuma ya jami'a an-nas liyaumin la raiba fih ijma baini wa baina dhaliti.

اللهم يا جامع الناس ليوم لا ريب فيه اجمع بيني وبين ضالتي

"O Allah, Who will bring all humankind together on a Day of which there is no doubt; bring me together with my lost object."

    Allah Most High knows best.

And this one given by Stranger,

Read 'Inna Lillahi Wa Inna Ilaihi Rajun" 100 times with the confidence that Allah will inshallah bring the lost thing back to you.

I did this many times and by the grace of Allah, I found my lost things back. The key here is doing this a'mal with pure confidence in Allah. Do it and you will get it back inshallah.

And this hadith given by Stranger in this post: http://www.zawaj.com/askbilqis/lost-jewelry/

" According to the following hadith of the Messenger of Allah, a believer always wins:

"How wonderful is the case of a believer; there is good for him in everything and this applies only to a believer. If prosperity attends him, he expresses gratitude to Allah and that is good for him; and if adversity befalls him, he endures it patiently and that is better for him". [Muslim]

During the time of Messenger of Allah, the sense of patience (sabr) gratitude (shukr) was great among the noble companions."

    I hope this works, insha´Allah.

    All my Unconditional Respect,
