Divorce in threefold, is it valid?
A person gave threefold divorce to his wife, when he said this his intention was not to bring her back in his life again, even if he wants her later, he can´t marry her.

That is why we live as a married couple and such situation exist 1 year.(without dower) After 1 year, some misunderstanding arose and we decided to separate. In presence of my 3 female friend (above 18) he gave me “talaq” (pronounced the word “talaq for three times in one sitting).

Wife wants divorce, but is a marriage without intimacy even valid?
I have been with my wife for nearly 4 years. In this time we have never had any physical contact of any sort. I have been pushed away many of times and eventually I gave up on any intimacy.
