Success! Malware Infection Has Been Removed

Success! We have totally removed the software infection from our website, and Insha'Allah it will not return. We moved the website to a more secure server, and we are taking other steps to protect the website against such attacks in the future. Thank you to our dedicated readers. We will Insha'Allah get back to publishing and answer questions on our usual schedule very soon.

We are aware that our website has been infected with some malware or malicious code. I have hired a specialist and we are working on cleaning the website, and on developing some protections against this happening again, Insha'Allah. As I'm writing this it's Saturday morning here in California. I estimate the problem will be cleared up by Monday afternoon, Insha'Allah.

Oh so that's why I couldn't come here.... and I thought my computer was being mean to me by not letting me get on this website...
Brother it's so thoughtful of you to get a specialist to fix the website and I would donate if I could but I'm still a teen so yeah... I don't have a job.
No, your computer was being nice to you. Give it some chips as a reward (computer chips, of course). 🙂

A much better offer before giving it to a technician would be to download AVG onto the server and go through the options to do a THOROUGH scan through all archives and filetypes
After that backup the server and get a webmaster who will apply update/patches and make the server more secure.
$65 an hour is a shell in the wallet.
Or something you could have done would have been to make a new website just like this one. But I guess it's too late, since you got the specialist already...
Well sister, we don't throw away a website with years of online presence, thousands of posts, and many dedicated followers, just because it got an infection. If your baby gets an infection, do you throw it away and get a new one? No, you take care of it until it gets better.

MashaAllah!!! I can easilly get to this site for days now without much problems.. I think the malware infection is rectified now (or almost cleared)... I guess many of the questioners are waiting patiently to see there questions posted for answers. And i also guess many of the commentators (visitors) of the site are also waiting to see some new questions posted so that they can help with there advice.

Please could you advise me why I am unable to view this website- Islamic Answers from my laptop and desktop computer? I have no problems at all with viewing other websites but only this one closes as soon as I come to the site.
