How are marriages beneficial for men?
I know that Allah is a loving God and He is very just. However, I don’t understand why He legislated marriage, an institution where men have to lose and women are supposed to win? Doesn’t Islam view men and women to be equal?

I would like to know few answers on questions about marriage…
My fiance is uncertain if he wants to marry me.
We had intimate moments, and he is the first man. I always want to be with him and according to him, we are already married because we had the intention when we got engaged. I do not know what to do. My husband and dad do not get along and it feels like he does not want marriage anymore.
Am I married or divorced?
I told him that I didn’t consider him anything in my life, that I did it only for the sake of my life, that I will never live with him and that he should never bother me again. That guy told me that he wants to move on also, so the conversation ended with him swearing that he will never contact me again by any means or bother me, and he will move on. Am I married to this guy?
