Do leaving my family forever is considered as a sin?
My family want me to get marry but I don’t want to. I want to leave my home forever.
They want me to marry a person I do not know should I leave home?
I want to leave home, and move away somewhere to start my life on my own. I have enough money to to this. I don’t want to tell my parents or any of my family where I will go. I want to start my life on my own without being scared of having to get married, and being stuck in a life like my sister’s.
My mother ruined my potential marriage
My mother has never acted like a friend towards me. I met a Muslim girl six months ago during a field trip. My mother soon found out about and she starting cursing in the name of Allah. She said “this girl will ruin you, girls will destroy you, my only son fell in love,”
Abused by parents since the age of 3
I am a sunni muslim girl and am 19 years of age and have been ill treated by my parents since the age of 3 years old, I have been in care twice and the police have been involved both times but I have never pressed charges.
Is it permissible for a girl to leave home to escape abuse?
