Questions regarding the intercourse after marriage

I am getting married after a month but one thing that irritates me. My question is that a husband and wife can talk to each other during intercourse because I heard that husband and wife should not talk

Does not having sex for a certain period amount to an automatic divorce?

I heard that if a husband and wife (of Islamic faith) do not engage in sexual intercourse for a certain length of time during their marriage ( due to quarrelling) then their marriage is automatically void ( automatically ends in divorce by Islamic rule). I have been told several lengths of time….3months…4 months….6 months..2 years. Is this true?

I am in a situation which is very troubling. Eight years ago I got married to my mother’s identical twin sister’s daughter from Pakistan. For all these years I have put on an act so my mother remains happy. We are not able to have children & last year I became exhausted of living a lie. I met a girl with a beautiful heart and good intentions with whom I and she instantly had a spark and connection with.
