Hindu, Muslim marriage; how to get over cultural barriers?

I didn’t want to run away and get married to my boyfriend and upset my parents. Another problem is our culture barrier which I am afraid when he will ask my hand how will my parents react? I need advice on it, I wanted to make my parents happy so has my love of my life.

Should I convert to Islam?

I am a Catholic girl and have been all my life and my boyfriend is Muslim. I have been thinking about converting to Islam because one reason my boyfriend asked me to and I have looked into it but I don’t want to do it for the wrong reasons.

I gave him my virginity and when I got pregnant, he suddenly got his faith back to Islam and became very religious. He changed his views and will only marry me if I convert to Islam because, he is saying that it is their law that a Muslim man can’t marry a Christian woman.
