How can I tell my parents I would like to start the search for a spouse?

I’m 18 years old. And I’m studying an alimah course and I’m currently in my second year. And I want to get married however I’m not exactly sure how to go about it.
I’m really lonely and have no one to talk to about my problems and sometimes feel quiet down and upset.

My parents had finalized my partner for me a year ago who is my cousin. That time I was okay with it and agreed to it. However, as time went on I met another guy. I was very much attracted towards him. I started to fall for him very badly. He felt the same about me.
