I proposed to a 16 year old girl but she says I should wait

Salam, I am in a relationship with a lady which I promised I will have her as my wife IN SHA'ALLAH. she is presently in the school and she is just 16yrs old. Am also in my second year in the university and at the same time am working as DATA PROCESSING OFFICER with one government Organization. I let her know that I want to seek for her parent's permission but she say's I should wait after she gratuated and to be honest I love her so very much and she love me too.

I want you to please advice me on what to do.

    Assalamu alaikum.i understand u want to marry her now u miss her and want to be with her go to her parents and propose now look brother u can still save time dont wait she might not be the same later just go propose tell her u need her.
