Istikhaarah does not depend on dates. Those who say it is are wrong and need to repent. Further; no one can perform Istikhaarah on your behalf. It is a form of worship which is personal. Please refer to the links on top of the mainpage to learn how to perform Istikhaarah. And do not go to people who claim to do Istikhaarah for you. They are liars.
