Can I marry a woman whom was born out of wedlock?
Am in love with a girl whom was born out of wedlock, can I marry this girl?

As long as she is Muslim you can marry her. Muslim men can also marry Christian or Jewish women but it is not recommended as it causes problems when raising kids etc. Being born out of wedlock does not make her impermissible though. If the couple have committed zina (pre-marital sex) both have to be make sincere tawbah (repentance) to Allah swt before marriage.
Please be aware that it is haraam to be in a pre-marital relationship not just pre-marital sex but being alone together, hugging kissing etc. If you have indulged in this, seek Allahs forgiveness and stay away from those sins. Don't meet her without her mahram being present. Allah knows best
