As-salamu alaykum, my name is Javed, i am staying in Kanpur as I am working there, but my wife was staying separately in Delhi, away from me for more than 4 months. Due to some issues I have signed divorce papers. I know that she is having her monthly period when I was signing divorce papers & send it to my family member to post it to her. But due to some problems they didn’t post it immediately & they post it after 20 days, they put the current date while posting it. When she has got the talaq papers, on that day she was not in her monthly period & in that papers three times talaq is written & now my question is, whether this talaq is legal as per sharia law? As I singed the papers when she was in her monthly period? Please advice me.
