  1. As salamu alaykum, Imram,

I am really sorry for what all of you are going through, have you tried to tell all this to a doctor?

For what you say, I supposed she has delivered already, and this symptoms may worsen with the postpart time, you would need to talk to a doctor to treat her, she may need an exhaust blood exam to see what is going on with her. She may lack minerals or nutrients, to strengthen all her being, she needs to eat balanced, fresh and plenty of variety, insha´Allah.

Ear problems can cause some of these symptoms too, good to have a good medical examination, insha´Allah.

    All my Unconditional Respect,

  2. Asalamoalaikum brother Imran,
I am sorry to read about your unfortunate situation and pray that Allah swt gives you both the strength to overcome this difficult phase in your life, ameen.

    In your post, you state:

"We can´t handle her when she behave like other, she told me that some picks hand sometimes her whole body and sometimes she feels like someone sits behind her."

Brother I have very minimal knowledge (if any) on "black magic" and nor am I a Psychiatrist but I see symptoms that are pointing towards a mental disorder known as Shizophrenia. This mental disorder is associated with psychotic behaviour which has two characteristics: delusions (having unrealistic thoughts and believing them as the truth ( for example: Barack Obama is out to kill me) and hallucinations (seeing, feeling, touching, or smelling things that are in the person's head but do not exist in reality).

I am by no way any expert nor do I have any authority to diagnose anyone with a mental disorder but what I suggest brother is that you take her to your family doctor and get her check up done. Explain to her that she is seeing and feeling things. They will refer her to a Psychiatrist who will then do some tests and be able to say precisely if she is suffering from this disorder or not. It's best that you also consult a Psychiatrist before deducing any conclusion (i.e.: black magic, etc).

  3. As-salam alaykum brother,

You say your wife "faints all the time"......this is mostly a physical disorder.

There are causes of syncope (fainting) and it's difficult to tell you exactly what is causing hers but here are a few possibilities:
    1. orthostatic hypotension: caused by dehydration. there isn't enough fluid in the blood vessels and, when the person stand from a sitting/lying down position, blood leaves the head & the person becomes dizzy or faints.
    2. cardiomyopathy: disease of the muscle of the heart that can cause syncope when the heart fails to pump enough blood to the head.
    3. narcolepsy: a neurologic disorder that causes a person to suddenly and involuntarily fall into a deep sleep no matter what they are doing at the time. this can be triggered by a number of things(stress, joy, humor, excitement, arousal, etc.)
    4. seizure disorders: she might not be passing out, she may be having some form of a seizure.
    5. malnutrition: does she have an eating disorder?
    6. vasomotor syncope: due to overactivity of the vagus nerve which is an important mediator of the parasympathetic nervous system. this can usually be brought on by stressful, painful, or claustrophobic experiences.

It is possible that her mental/psychological condition is caused by one of these factors.....and does not necessarily have to be "black magic". My advice is to see a doctor or a specialist as soon as possible.

  4. Dear Brother Imran, Walaykumsalaam,

I notice you said you have been to many maulanas regarding your wife's condition. But I am really wondering why you have not been to a medical Doctor?

Perhaps its time you seek professional help. At the same time, keep up with Ruqaya, remembering Allah and reciting his words in conjunction with medical help can only do good.

Brothers, Sisters, please remember that as Ruqaya is a form of spiritual healing from Allah, so is contemporary medicine. We have the knowledge of contemporary medicine only due to Allah and we should not leave seeking such help as a last resort.
