There is no such thing as a "god sister", or god parents, or god-anything else in Islam. We are all sisters and brothers in humanity and in faith, and the proper treatment of non mahram sisters by Muslim men is clearly outlined in Shariah. After a divorce, the man and woman should move on with their own lives and only deal with each other as necessary, in the instance they have children together. Otherwise, there would be no need for ongoing contact.
