Any Muslim Convert Organizations in India?

Assalamu alaikum wa rahmatullah. Your column is a great one regarding marital issues. May Allah reward you with the best.
My question is that I would like to marry a new convert/revert to Islam. Could you please send me some info regarding any organisations in India having such people, i.e. Muslim converts? May Allah reward us all with the best.

I am sure there must be organizations in India for Muslim converts, but I am not familiar with them. Readers, can you help? Does anyone know of such organizations?

Congratulations on accepting Islam! MaashAllah, this is a beautiful thing. May Allah make this path easy for you.
So you want to learn you prayers etc, Alhumdulillah. Do you have any Muslim friends? Do you go to a local Masjid? There are lots of websites that teach the prayers. Tell me - what do you know and where would do you want to start?

Thank you so much for your reply. I just had my convertion dome on the 3rd August and return to chennei.i willl be getting married soon.but i want to learn the prayers and more about muslim reliougs. I do not know where to go and approach and I do not not have any muslim friends here.As my future husband is in singapore.

As Muslims, we must pray Salaah five times a day. Fajr, Dhur, Asr, Maghrib and Isha. They consist of:
Fajr: 2 Sunnah, 2 Fard
Dhuhr: 4 Sunnah, 4 Fard, 2 Sunnah, 2 Nafl
Asr: 4 Sunnah(optional), 4 Fard
Maghrib: 3 Fard, 2 Sunnah, 2 Nafl
Isha: 4 Fard, 2 Sunnah, 3 Witr (or the longer version: 4 Sunnah, 4 Fard, 2 Sunnah, 2 Nafl, 3 Witr, 2 Nafl)

@ Wael: i looked at Zawaj.com - you need to help us narrow the search criteria - just the gender and age group is not enough - I got over 300 males when I did that! and I am not going to waste my time sorting thru them as most are not in the US or are not compatible for other reasons. Can you make the search more like Singlemuslim.com, who I think are better than even Shaadi.com - have a look at Singlemuslim and see what I am suggesting. I am looking preferably for a revert husband as well, as I have had it with the born muslims and their cultural baggages.
