Assalamu'alaikum, I be very much tensed,

I was not able to see any proposal, due to which I needed help from here. I was used to masturbating. When I learnt that it was haraam, I did tawbah to Allah that I would not repeat it, but due to some tension, I could not control it and I did this deed again. I again did tawbah and again repeated it, and I am fed up of it. Because I never feel satisfied after this deed, I always feel guily.

I read on the internet how I must get acquit myself of it, where I read a post and acted on it by placing my hand on the Qur'an and doing tawbah to Allah that I would not repeat it. Then, I had confidence in myself that I won't masturbate again, but even then I did it. I want to release it's Kaffarah...Want to do tawbah to Allah, the tawbah after which I won't repeat the act of masturbation. Please help me...

I could never even think of doing such a sin. I be very much tensed...I get no feeling while offering Salah and this act happens from me when I be in some tension or take some random  thoughts on my mind. I always think about the past that had I not done this, this would not have happened and during this, everything wrong happens from me. I want to give Kaffarah for my oath and want to do such a tawbah to Allah after which this sin would not happen from me.

Please help me.
