Getting intimate with unwashed wife?
salaam,
I would like to know the religious perspective on kissing your wife when she wakes or waking her with kissing?
i.e before she has brushed her teeth and bathed etc., and continuing intimate actions. is this considered immoral and unclean?
also what if the husband enjoys the smell from her underarms before bathing. is this also frowned upon?
is there some spiritual disease if one enjoys his wife when she has not bathed i.e natural unwashed odours or scents? is it the work of shaitaan?
thank you in advance.

THERE IS NOTHING WRONG IN THIS IF AS LONG AS YOU DONT GO THE WRONG WAY THAT IS CALLED REAR ENTRY[ANUS] WHICH IS THE MOST HEINIOUS CRIME IN ISLAM-
HOPE THIS IS HELPFUL.....
ag51y,
In addition, you may not approach her for intercourse, when she is menstruating.

Brother their are plenty of books about the right way to approach your wife and cleanliness is a virtue that should never be over looked,
yes, however i wanted to get more than a 'how to' perspective.
just to clarify i was not refering to the darkside of 'anal' or 'menstruation' unwashed..
as a husband and wife you share a manner of intimacies just wanted more real life scenario's in light of the 'cleanliness is a virtue' line
ASSALAMALAIKUM-
AND YES THIS IS ALSO A MAJOR PROHIBITION IN ISLAM-
In addition, you may not approach her for intercourse, when she is menstruating.

ag51y, As-salamu alaykum,
Cleanliness is indeed a virtue, as one reader said. The Prophet (sws) said, "Purity is half of faith."
However, what you are asking is not prohibited (with the limitations mentioned by Muhammad Waseem and ali youssuf). It is not the work of shaytan and there is no harm in it.
And in fact there may be a scientific basis for your attraction to your wife at this time. Many animals release scents called pheromones that are designed to attract the opposite sex. Human beings are known to produce pheromones as well, though we typically are not as strongly attracted by them as animals are. However, it may be that you are particularly sensitive to your wife's pheromones, which of course would be stronger when she is unwashed.

Salaams,
I have my own theory, only because my oldest son also likes the scent of underarm body odor. When he was a toddler (1-4 years old), he used to actually dig in the underarm of his father and I to get that scent on his fingers to sniff while he took his bottle after I weaned him (however he also did this before weaning). Even though he is 12 now, he still favors that type of scent, strangely enough...but so far that I've noticed there is nothing sexual about his preferences. I sometimes believe that when he becomes an adult, that may likely happen though.
I always thought that he did it because when I nursed him as an infant, the scent from my underarms (we all know new moms don't always get to bathe when they would like to) became psychologically attached to the pleasure and comfort of feeding as his brain developed. He seemed to find the scent soothing and connected it with "mommy and daddy", strengthening his attachment to us both. I don't know if that has anything to do with your particular case, but I shared it so you would know you weren't the only person like this. I had actually been looking out for this post to comment on, but I didn't realize it had already been published lol. I guess I missed it in the "recent posts" lineup.

Brother wael and sister amy - these two comments are points to ponder over.
Brother wael you mentioned there's a scientific explanation which i agree with. It ties in with sister amys examples about scent.
My mother has a signature scent which i recognise and there’s nothing sexual (thank god) but my wifes pheromones are a different ball game. i enjoy her scent/smell what have you, but how do you offset these natural instincts with 'cleanliness is a virtue'
As I mentioned and i guess those of you who have been married for a while can shed some light on this, but a husband an wife share a bed and a manner of intimacies. We can’t always be washed and scrubbed 100% of the time.
We don’t always look great when we wake up, but for me my wife’s morning breath or slight musky odour (sorry a bit crude) is part of the intimacy i like and the beauty of marriage - but should I chastise her at the top of my voice for her 'unvirtuous' state?
Its interesting to understand the hadith's and practicalities.
brother ,
salaam,
